The services that Inner Join Technologies provides to User is subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). Inner Join Technologies reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to User. Inner Join Technologies shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to User’s use of https://innerjointech.com, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Materials uploaded to the Communication Services may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination; User is responsible for adhering to such limitations if User downloads the materials.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information in any Communication Services. Any software that is made available to download from the Services (“Software”) is the copyrighted work of Inner Join Technologies and/or its suppliers. Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software (“License Agreement”). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
The Software is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

This Agreement and any operating rules for https://innerjointech.com established by Inner Join Technologies constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
