These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. Remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inner Join Technologies regarding use of the Site. They do not apply to use of the client Portal, which is governed by a separate Portal Terms of Use, or to any consulting or professional services engagement, which is governed by a separate written agreement.
